LuphoScan is a high-precision 4 axis measurement platfrom based on the Luphos MWLI®-Technology.
It allows an ultra precise and contactless measurement of objects with roational symmetry either with polished or rough surface.
Featuring the flexible axis geometry especially the measurement of spherical and aspherical optics with a complex geometry
or large aspherical aberation is possible. Due to the MWLI-technology furthermore the LuphoScan-system can handle objetcs
with small steps, holes or structures on the surface.
A reference frame concept allows to continuously follow the exact position of the sensor during the measurement
and therefore allows a determination and compensation of positioning errors of the mechanical axis.
Doing so the measurement of the topology of the object can be done in a scanning matter with a precision of +- 50nm.
